A number of years ago Barbara was introduced by Dorothy Hughes to flower painting in watercolour. Since then she has attended several residential courses. At one of these she met the botanical artist Sandrine Maugy who was her greatest inspiration.Her enjoyment of gardening and interest in all plants are evident in her precise and accurate botanical studies.
